● Oranxible, the plexible template for milling, can be fastened with screws on any wood panel, MDF and cheapboard for the quick and secure creation of shapes. For the fastening can also be used traditional flast head screws which are widely available on the market. The bushing is made of a very elastic and resistant plastic, which can be easily knotted without losing flexibility.
● What you have to do is screw the bushing at the edge of the panel and mill the outline on the guide link. The folding bushing is suitable for manual feed on milling machines and workbenches. You will be able to mill lots of shapes in a very quick, secure and accurate way, including arches, curved elements and cut shapes. Outline the profile of the shape in a very precise way and fasten it on the inferior part of a panel which had already been positioned undernith it.
● If you mill with a guide link mounted directly on a toupie machine, your hands will at a safe distamce behind the bushing. You will find two profiles in three lengths; please do notice that the smallest profile has the smallest radious, while the biggest profile presents a wide opening in case of long and flat curves
