Spirals Router Bits for CNC or electro-milling machine
CNC is the abbreviation for Number Control (English code valid all over the world), indicates a versatile machine widely used in carpentry companies that allows you to satisfy every little fantasy of yours (always related to wood, don't get strange ideas J). CNC milling cutters are therefore all those cutters that can be mounted in the number control.
Do not misunderstand me.... you can mount almost all the milling cutters, just have the matching spindle/elastic clamp coupling, but these are the most used ones "suitable" for the work they have to do.
What is meant by helical wood cutters?

How are they used?

The positive inclination of the cutting edge allows the chips to be unloaded towards each other, thus allowing you to have an optimal finish in the INFERIOR part of the wood.
NEGATIVE cutting edge
The positive inclination of the cutting edge allows the shavings to be unloaded downwards, thus allowing you to have an optimal finish in the UPPER part of the wood.
POSITIVE and NEGATIVE cutting edge
The positive and negative inclination of the cutting edge allows you to obtain an optimal finish on the PANEL DATA.
Why do they not use only this? Of course because the costs are more borne than others so, de you have the choice, take the one that best suits your needs.
chipbreaker cutting edge
Famous as well as well known, this cutting edge is generally used for SGROSSING or SECTION of semi-finished products.
Why? Having those channels on the cutting edge part allows a greater flow rate of chip discharge, increasing robustness and durability. The only negative note is that it leaves not exactly an optimal finish, usually the roughness is 0.3 for this then you have to go back to get it again
It is convenient if you do not need to have an optimal finish and have to make parts to be repaired after.
