Spirals Router Bits for CNC
CNC is the abbreviation for Number Control (English code valid all over the world), indicates a versatile machine widely used in carpentry companies that allows you to satisfy every little fantasy of yours (always related to wood, don't get strange ideas J). CNC milling cutters are therefore all those cutters that can be mounted in the number control.
Do not misunderstand me.... you can mount almost all the milling cutters, just have the matching spindle/elastic clamp coupling, but these are the most used ones "suitable" for the work they have to do.
What is meant by helical wood cutters?
From the same title we can already understand everything about this family; they are called so, helical cutters, precisely because they are formed by the cutting edge (Part that cuts in contact with wood) in the shape of ELICA (just look at the photos of the products to understand the shape).
Below you will find the carbide ones, but they can also be in steel or diamond PCD (see DIADER series above in the menu
How do I recognize CNC machines from helical ones?
Absolutely not in any way.
Wait for me to explain better, don't misunderstand me; I have written so simply because they are the same thing, We can place helical cutters inside the family of CNC cutters quietly without saying any great "breakthrough".
Some may be more suitable for one application than another. They can also be used by hand in the pantograph to make a few channels/shape/sectioning without any problems.
How are they used?
POSITIVE cutting edge
The positive inclination of the cutting edge allows the chips to be unloaded towards each other, thus allowing you to have an optimal finish in the INFERIOR part of the wood.
NEGATIVE cutting edge
The positive inclination of the cutting edge allows the shavings to be unloaded downwards, thus allowing you to have an optimal finish in the UPPER part of the wood.
POSITIVE and NEGATIVE cutting edge
The positive and negative inclination of the cutting edge allows you to obtain an optimal finish on the PANEL DATA.
Why do they not use only this? Of course because the costs are more borne than others so, de you have the choice, take the one that best suits your needs.
chipbreaker cutting edge
Famous as well as well known, this cutting edge is generally used for SGROSSING or SECTION of semi-finished products.
Why? Having those channels on the cutting edge part allows a greater flow rate of chip discharge, increasing robustness and durability. The only negative note is that it leaves not exactly an optimal finish, usually the roughness is 0.3 for this then you have to go back to get it again
It is convenient if you do not need to have an optimal finish and have to make parts to be repaired after.
Centesimal grinding of the coupling shank that allows you to have a precision with few equals in the world
Mirror-ground cutting edge for 3 times longer life than another economical helical cutter
Helical cutters designed with STUDIATES and RECEIVED cutting angles to make your milled material smooth and burn-free even if you are not the son of Pinocchio dad's
Tungsten carbide in certified "micro grain" for high robustness and long life, 300% + ROBUSTE and DURATURE compared to economic alternatives thanks to our technological treatments based on a SPECIAL and SECRET combination of temperature parameters - duration (for hardening) and heat - pressure (for sintering)
Helical cutters are excellent products that really allow you to use the same cutters at home that can use a large IKEA type industry, at a low price (1/3 of diamond cutters, to be understood)
Our range also allows you to have a milling cutter 3 times more resistant to economic alternatives thanks to our technological treatments based on a SPECIAL and SECRET combination of temperature parameters - duration (for hardening) and heat - pressure (for sintering).
Of course, all this is nullified if you are not in good condition (and it's not your fault, trust, around is full of people who look only at the turnover, neglecting the customer and his need) to choose the type of cutting edge and the type of cutter that is right for you.
Getting to know, studying and specialists 24 hours a day is just the first step towards success. If you're new to the world, if you need some review or just want to measure yourself (and maybe help us to improve) with professionals, I recommend you make a leap in our blog (you can find it at the top of the menu -> Fraiser -> Blog) where we have been naked for you, we try to tell and explain in the easiest way this wonderful world of milling, giving something even once in a while.
Good milled material (helix, in this case)
